Landfill Waste is no longer an option!

Materials that were once sent straight to landfill are increasingly being seen as sources of energy, and along with the use of biomass - either primarily produced or from a secondary source - we are now in the position to be able to capitalise on these valuable resources. But what are the challenges involved in the conversion technologies, and how do we go about making sure that we use these materials as efficiently as possible?

This conference will investigate the growing area of research and development in this field, as well as outlining the legislative issues and governmental incentives.

This event is part of National Science and Engineering Week.
